The story of Indian Land Imports:
Terry started his career working for Toyota more than 20 years ago after graduating with a degree in automotive repair. He worked alongside his father at the dealership before his father retired. Terry expanded his knowledge base to include Lexus when he went to work for a dealership nearby and was employed there for seven years. He always dreamed of owning his own business so that he could provide that one-on-one relationship with his customers. He always wanted to be “Your Hometown Mechanic”. After years of dreaming about it, he finally opened Indian Land Imports March 1, 2010. He began to build his business from the ground up and word spread quickly about the quality of work he provided, his “downhome” feel, and especially his trustworthiness. Terry has always known how important customer satisfaction and honesty is from his early beginnings working in the dealership and he has continued to strive to make everyone he meets a happy customer. He has always thought that it was important that each customer feels confident in his performance and just as important that the customer has a clear understanding of what may be wrong with their car. He explains the diagnosis, the needed repair(s), and the cost associated with those repairs. Terry wants each person to feel like they are family when they bring their vehicles in to Indian Land Imports and he wants everyone to call him their “Hometown Mechanic”. READ MORE…
